Creamed Coconut

A pure, solid, concentrated bar of creamy coconut goodness that solidifies at room temperature, Senikma’s Creamed Coconut is made of unsweetened dehydrated fresh meat of mature coconuts that is ground into a semi-solid white cream. Also known as coconut butter, creamed coconut should not be confused with coconut cream. The Senikma Creamed Coconut is ideally used when you need to add the rich coconut flavor in to your food minus any additional liquid, and is chopped or grated for cooking purposes. However, adding the right amount of warm water to creamed coconut can also produce coconut milk or coconut cream substitutes.
