Coconut Flour

A popular gluten-free, protein-rich alternative for traditional wheat flour, is the natural by-product of Senikma’s Coconut Milk production. As part of our sustainable sourcing process, the leftover coconut meat solids from our milk production are first oven-baked until dry and then ground into a very fine powder with a consistency similar to that of flour. With a diverse nutrient profile, coconut flour is used for both sweet and savory recipes as a substitute for other flours, as a binding agent, and in low-carb, low-fat bakery products.
