Coconut Sugar

A naturally rich, unrefined sweetener that has become very popular in the past few years as an alternative for sugar. Senikma Coconut Sugar is made of coconut sap, which is the sugary liquid circulating within the coconut palm that is extracted by making a cut in the coconut blossom, and is then placed under heat to evaporate most of the water until the sap turns into sweet brown crunchy sugar crystals.
